Since 1966, our pizza-seafood restaurant at the seaside town of Castiglione della Pescaia in the province of Grosseto has long been a place of tradition and authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
Specialising mainly in seafood dishes, diners are offered a unique culinary experience in a spacious and welcoming restaurant overlooking the beachfront. In addition to good quality cuisine, our renowned pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-fired oven for that authentic Italian taste.
Since 1983, the business has been run by the Stoffella family, originally from Trentino in the north-east of the country. Today, the establishment is run by Luana, who, with her passion and dedication, continues to offer diners warm friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere — an ideal place for a romantic dinner, perhaps a lunch with friends, or just for a relaxing meal by the sea

Seafood specialties and more

We offer a wide selection of starters, first courses and main courses, primarily based on fresh seafood, but on our menu you will also find some meat specialties as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
Among the starters, you′ll find delicious fish tartare dishes and seafood salads, ideal for a good appetising start to your meal. Our first courses range from classic spaghetti dishes with seafood, clams and shellfish, to seafood risottos, all freshly prepared by our head chef and his assistants in the kitchen.
For main courses, we offer crispy fried dishes and grilled fish, as well as the traditional cacciucco, a typical fish stew speciality. Everything is made with locally caught seafood, guaranteeing freshness and quality. We only ever use seasonal ingredients, ensuring the best quality in terms of flavour and authenticity.
To round off your meal, we offer delicious desserts and a rich wine list, carefully selected to compliment each dish.

OUR PIZZA

Pizza has always been a popular choice in the restaurant. Each one tells its own story of traditional flavours, recalling childhood memories of yesteryear. They are made with high-quality ingredients, carefully selected to ensure a distinctive taste.
The pizza dough is prepared in the traditional way, enriched with extra virgin olive oil, which adds softness and flavour. Rising slowly in the oven, it allows the pizza base to develop its full fragrance and light texture.
Toppings are made with fresh wholesome ingredients, and the pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a unique crispness and unmistakable flavour. This is how we keep alive a tradition we are really proud of.

TEAM

Our restaurant is family-run, committed to offering attentive yet discreet service to ensure our diners enjoy a pleasant and relaxing experience in our establishment.
Our team consists of ten of us: the head chef and his assistant cook, both in charge of appetisers and main courses, along with our indispensable dish-washer. At the pizza oven we have our chef and his assistant who prepare the delicious pizzas.
In the dining area, our other team members are always ready to warmly welcome you and serve you at your table.
